Location: Baltimore, MD.
Completion Date: 2016
Architect:
Area: 14,500 sq. ft.

The 414 Light St Apartments, located in Baltimore, MD., is a 44-story, 394-unit apartment building that sits on a 2-acre property at Light and Conway streets, on the site of the former McCormick & Co. Inc. headquarters and spice factory. The apartment tower — now the tallest residential building in Maryland with panoramic waterfront views. The amenity pool deck includes indoor and outdoor amenities with a pool, spa, grill area, and extensive landscaping including an “urban park” vibe centered by a 16-foot-wide dual-sided movie screen that faces the pool on one side and a seating area on the other. Nearby, an outdoor kitchen offers a dining table flanked by a pizza oven and a large grill complete with the Baltimore skyline.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Mocha-Plank, Rustic-Maple & Sand-Stone series installed on Hex-Trays & adjustable pedestals crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
