The 414 Light St Apartments, located in Baltimore, MD., is a 44-story, 394-unit apartment building that sits on a 2-acre property at Light and Conway streets, on the site of the former McCormick & Co. Inc. headquarters and spice factory. The apartment tower — now the tallest residential building in Maryland with panoramic waterfront views. The amenity pool deck includes indoor and outdoor amenities with a pool, spa, grill area, and extensive landscaping including an “urban park” vibe centered by a 16-foot-wide dual-sided movie screen that faces the pool on one side and a seating area on the other. Nearby, an outdoor kitchen offers a dining table flanked by a pizza oven and a large grill complete with the Baltimore skyline.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Mocha-Plank, Rustic-Maple & Sand-Stone series installed on Hex-Trays & adjustable pedestals crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining.
