University Gateway, located in Los Angeles, CA, is a design-build, mixed-use student housing project adjacent to the University of Southern California (USC) campus. The eight-story building provides off-campus housing for USC students as well as 82,800 square feet of retail for the local community complete with outdoor amenity spaces with two elevated open courtyards and a rooftop deck.

Tile Tech 24×24 Pavers in Flat Ash series in addition to 24×24 IPE Wood Deck Tiles crown the amenity deck with luxury, transforming it into usable community space. Shady pergolas and furniture all add to the elegance of the elevated deck. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
