The Modern, located in Fort Lee, NJ is a residential 47 story skyscraper & one of the world’s tallest twin-tower projects in Fort Lee, New Jersey near George Washington Bridge Plaza on the Hudson Waterfront. Situated atop the Hudson Palisades, the twin towers provide panoramic views of the New York City skyline, the Hudson River, the George Washington Bridge, and surrounding suburbs. The project contains 75,000 square feet of rooftop amenities: an infinity pool, barbecue stations, basketball and volleyball courts, a lawn with an outdoor jumbotron, a screening room, a residents lounge, a business center, a spa/sauna, a fitness center, outdoor children’s play areas, and a covered dog walk.
Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Mocha-Plank & Gray-Stone series installed on Hex-Trays crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Shady pergolas and furniture all add to the elegance of the hardwood deck tiles. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
