The Swig Office Bldg., located in Los Angeles, CA., is a 215,469 square feet, LEED Gold Certified, creative office space, 12 stories of exquisite, unique suites in the center of downtown Los Angeles on Restaurant Row in the heart of the Financial District and is a historic building constructed as Union Oil Headquarters in 1923. Completely renovated in 2000 with all-new building, mechanical, and electrical systems, common lounge area, fully wired conference center, game tables, large screen TV, outdoor patio, and a basketball court conveniently located directly across from the city of Los Angeles’s largest Metro rail station.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Wood Plank series installed on Hex-Trays with an “X” design & integrated with our Turf-Tray and Diamond Lite synthetic turf crown the amenity deck with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
