Optima Kierland Apartments, located in Scottsdale, AZ., is a series of four 12 story towers of high-end luxury apartment complexes designed by award-winning architects David C. Hovey, FAIA, and David Hovey Jr., AIA, these luxurious new residences offer a sprawling urban oasis experience of desert living unlike any other. The Rooftop Skydeck provides 360 panoramic mountain and city views complete with a heated lap pool, hot tub, yoga studio, and running/walking track, before grilling on the barbecue and watching your favorite show in the outdoor theater.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Seashell Black series crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Shady pergolas and furniture all add to the elegance of the hardwood deck tiles. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
