The Mayfair Hotel, located in Los Angeles, CA., is an iconic & historic hotel that first opened in 1926 and was completely remodeled in 2016 quickly became the “it spot” for social clubs and group parties hosting operas, tea sittings, and the first-ever Oscar Party. Originally designed by local architects Curlett and Beelman with a 2 million dollar budget (1926), the Mayfair with its 13 stores, 340 rooms, and 200 car garage, was adorned with custom, handmade wooden furnishings designed by Barker Bros and a dance floor made of glass, patrons called “The Rainbow Isle.”
Tile Tech Porcelain Paver in 24×24 Rustic Maple installed with Hex-Tray and Adjustable Pedestals System crowns the rooftop pool deck and bar with luxury, transforming it into usable space.
