The spacious rooftop deck is a shared space for tenants complete with a sunroom, relaxation garden, grill stations, dining areas, and lounge spots where you can take in the beautiful views of Downtown Los Angeles monuments.

Tile Tech Pedestals and 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Wood Plank series installed on Hex-Trays crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Shady pergolas and furniture all add to the elegance of the hardwood deck tiles. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
