Residents are offered upgraded comforts and amenities featuring minimalist touches, thoughtful layouts, and environmentally conscious design. The spacious rooftop deck is a shared space for tenants complete with a rooftop lounge spot, grill stations, and dining areas where you can take in the beautiful views of San Francisco.

Tile Tech 24×24 Porcelain Pavers in Sand Stone installed on Hex-Trays and adjustable pedestals crown the rooftop with luxury, transforming it into usable community space, perfect for entertaining. Shady pergolas and furniture all add to the elegance of the rooftop deck. Additionally, the Tile Tech Paver products used to construct the rooftop deck added to the building’s LEED Certification.
